Ryan is amazing! I hired her as the Event Coordinator for my husband’s surprise 60th birthday. This is the 2nd event she helped me with, the first a wedding in September and she continues exceed expectations. She coordinated all the vendors, the venue, set-up, clean-up and was there throughout the event ensuring all our needs were met. She allowed me to enjoy the festivities. I highly recommend her!

Ryan was an absolute life saver for our wedding. I am so, so glad I came across her website when we decided to hire a day of coordinator. Our wedding was pretty simple overall, but we had a lot of vendors and I was concerned about keeping everything straight on the day. Ryan took all of that stress completely out of my hands. She put together an extremely detailed timeline and shared it with the vendors so everything could go flawlessly. It was so cool to walk into my own wedding and see everything exactly how I wanted it, and I hadn’t had to do a single thing. Besides all of the technical/logistical stuff, Ryan was there to help me through a very stressful weather situation! She kept me as calm as possible and somehow we got married outside just an hour after a crazy thunderstorm. It didn’t faze her at all. I highly recommend hiring Ryan for your day!!

We chose to hire Ryan based on our comfort with her from our first interaction and because her price was within our budget. We used her as our Day of Coordinator and we are so happy that we did! Our venue was completely DIY and Ryan helped us to organize our vendors, worked on the timeline and made sure everything stayed on track the day of the wedding. She was so responsive with any little questions we had leading up to our day and helped us have peace of mind that we were making the right decisions. The day of the wedding, anytime we reached out to her, she was very quick to respond. She set up all of our decorations and helped to make the space look exactly as we wanted. She made sure everything stayed on track and that our reception ran smoothly. Our day was absolutely perfect and we’re so happy we hired Ryan! We’d definitely recommend her to anyone!

We hired Ryan to be our day of coordinator through a friend’s recommendation and we weren’t disappointed. We hired Ryan a few months before our wedding and it was a great decision! She was definitely more affordable than any other coordinators we looked into and so thorough. She did a zoom call with us to go over all the details and our vision of the wedding. We then did a walk through at our venue a month before so she knew exactly how we wanted the venue set up. She coordinated with all of our vendors in the weeks leading up to the wedding to establish a timeline, and the day of the wedding she was there from 1130am until close at 11pm. She set up our venue with all of our decor and details, helped the vendors set up, made the timeline run smoothly, and packed away many of our valuables the end of the night. She made our wedding totally stress free! I would totally recommend her, she was great to work with.

My wedding wouldn’t have happened without Ryan. We got engaged right when the pandemic started. As a critical care nurse, I knew I didn’t have the time or mental capacity to plan a wedding. Ryan and I had a zoom call and I told her my vision and my budget, and she made it happen. She would send me emails with a few vendors and their info and cost. I would review them and pick one and she was able to make all the call and get the contracts to me so all I had to do is review and sign. Whenever I had a question or had an idea Ryan was always available to chat with and discuss it. A week before the wedding we went over all the things I was bringing and what I wanted done. When it was the day of the wedding Ryan arrived to the suite. At the time it was raining, and I needed to make the call to move our ceremony inside. Ryan was able to keep them from moving things inside and was able to convince them to keep it outside. Our cocktail hour was moved inside, and Ryan was able to make sure all of my signs were moved and in the right spot. She also helped set up the venue inside for the reception and made sure the rest of the night ran smoothly. I had some communication issues with the venue and Ryan was able to help me handle them. I’m forever grateful for Ryan and her help. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding planner or coordinator. I can’t thank her enough!

There are not enough good things I can say about Ryan; from the moment I first spoke with her, she was kind, helpful, calm, fun to be around, and a wealth of information about wedding vendors, wedding planning, wedding day timelines and all other things wedding. She responded to EVERY email I sent within minutes, usually at 6am!, and always had an answer that helped calm my wedding nerves and take so much of the weight of planning off my shoulders. I cannot imagine how we would have organized and coordinated everything on the day of the wedding, especially setup and the timeline for the day, without Ryan’s hands-on guidance and expertise. I’ve actually been missing talking with her now that the big day has passed! She is truly a gem and I couldn’t offer a higher recommendation!

We hired Ryan as a day of coordinator after we cancelled our venue due to covid-19. Since we no longer had the expertise of the venue coordinator and caterer, we felt it was very important to have someone to help with day of coordinating. After interviewing a few Day of Coordinators, it was clear Ryan would be the best fit. From day one, she has been incredibly responsive to all communication. She was happy to drive to our outdoor venue prior to us signing a contract. Ryan provided us with a lot of input prior to the wedding, she was always happy to schedule phone calls to help answer our questions. Our calls never felt rushed, we always felt like we had the answers we needed. She always took time to think about the best option for us given our concerns for covid. Even as our plans changed, Ryan was able to adapt to our changing covid requirements. Ryan was always calm and so so nice. Whenever she answered a question, I knew she took the time to think her answer through. She provided us with an extensive list of vendors as well.

On the day of the wedding, Ryan was incredibly calm. She arrived to the venue before I did and was already working. If anything at all went wrong on our wedding day, we honestly have no idea. Ryan took care of any issues on the wedding day. She communicated with all of our vendors in advance and on the wedding day. Truly, on the day of the wedding, we felt like there was nothing for us to do but enjoy. Ryan stayed for the entire event and helped clean up and save important items from the wedding.

We really enjoyed working with Ryan, she was so easy to talk to about our concerns. With covid, we really didn’t expect our wedding to be anything special. Ryan was able to help us pull everything together and helped create a magical day for us.
