We hired Ryan a few months before our wedding, and it was a great decision! She was definitely more affordable than any other coordinators we looked into and so thorough. She did a zoom call with us to go over all the details and our vision of the wedding. We then did a walk through at our venue a month before, so she knew exactly how we wanted the venue set up. She coordinated with all of our vendors in the weeks leading up to the wedding to establish a timeline, and the day of the wedding she was there from 1130am until close at 11pm. She set up our venue with all of our decor and details, helped the vendors set up, made the timeline run smoothly, and packed away many of our valuables the end of the night. She made our wedding totally stress free! I would totally recommend her; she was great to work with.
